Employees and consultants
Employees and consultants are subject to confidentiality obligations in their employment or engagement contracts.
Anything that has not been published outside of Terra15, or is not considered common knowledge about Terra15, should be treated as confidential information.
Confidentiality applies to all Terra15 information that an employee or consultant becomes exposed to during their employment. All confidential information obtained during an employee’s employment (or consultant’s engagement) shall not be discussed with employees whose jobs do not call for use of such information or with any non-employee unless they have a need to know such information and the employee or consultant obtains approval from a designated manager or senior executive.
Employees and consultants must ensure that all confidential or sensitive information, particularly personal information, is not visible or accessible to others whose job does not require them to have access to such confidential information.
Confidentiality regarding our technical knowledge, methods and developments is required to assure our place in our market and provide job security for our employees.
